Plain-English summary. TalentGyre helps you practise interviews and learn skills. The feedback is practice, not a prediction — nobody here can promise you a job. Use it honestly, don't try to break it, and you can leave and take your data with you whenever you like.

1. What TalentGyre is

An AI-assisted practice platform: mock interviews with feedback (MockIt), structured skill learning (SkillOS), and placement preparation for students (CampusOS). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. What TalentGyre is not — please read this one

A readiness score is feedback on a practice session. It is not a prediction of whether you will be hired, and it is not a professional assessment of your ability.

We do not guarantee a job, an interview, a placement, or any particular outcome.
Our AI can be wrong. It may misjudge a good answer or miss a weak one. Treat it as a practice partner, not a judge.
Nothing here is career, legal, financial or immigration advice.
A low score means you have things to practise. It does not mean you are not capable, and it should never be read as a verdict on your future.

3. Who can use it

You must be 18 or over, or a student in higher education using it with your institution. One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account.

4. Fair use

Please don't:

Create multiple accounts to get around free-tier limits
Automate, scrape, or resell access to the service
Upload anyone else's personal data without their knowledge
Attempt to extract the underlying prompts or models, or attack the service
Upload unlawful content, or content you have no right to share

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where it is a genuine misunderstanding we will say so first.

5. Your content

What you upload and what you say in interviews remains yours. You give us permission to process it in order to run the service and give you feedback — nothing more. We do not claim ownership of your CV, your answers or your work. See the Privacy Policy for how it is handled.

6. Our content

Questions, courses, feedback and the platform itself belong to TalentGyre. You may use them for your own learning. You may not republish or resell them.

7. Free and paid access

The free tier is offered as it stands and may change. Where paid plans exist, the price, what it includes, and any usage limits will be shown clearly before you pay. Credits purchased do not expire. If we change the terms of a paid plan in a way that disadvantages you, we will tell you before it takes effect.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you paid for, we will deal with it fairly.

9. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time, and export your data first. We may close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, TalentGyre is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities or decisions made on the basis of AI feedback. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes and governing law

We will post material changes on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
